At Charles Lee Sourcing, I strive to provide excellent sourcing services and ensure your satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are provided for my services.
Please read this policy carefully before booking any services. By booking a service, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

1. General Refund Policy
My Commitment to You: I am committed to providing high-quality sourcing services. If you are not satisfied with my services, I offer refunds under certain conditions as outlined in this policy. Refund Eligibility: • Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis • The type of service and stage of completion determine refund eligibility • Refunds must be requested in writing via email • I will respond to refund requests within 3-5 business days Non-Refundable Items: • Third-party costs (samples, shipping, travel expenses outside Shenzhen) • Supplier payments (I do not handle supplier payments) • Services already completed and delivered • Bank transfer fees or payment processing fees Refund Method: • Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the original purchase • Bank transfers: Refunded to your original account • PayPal/Stripe: Refunded to your original payment method Refund Processing Time: • Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days • Bank transfers may take additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account • You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed How to Request a Refund: Contact me directly at charles@charlesleesourcing.com with: • Your name and booking details • Service purchased • Reason for refund request • Any supporting documentation I will review your request personally and respond within 3-5 business days.
2. Supplier Research - Refund Policy
Service Details: Full Refund Conditions (100%): • If I cannot find any suitable suppliers that meet your requirements • If I cancel the service for any reason • If you cancel within 48 hours before I begin the research Partial Refund (50%): • If you cancel 24-48 hours before I begin the research • If you are not satisfied with the quality of the report (must provide specific reasons) No Refund: • If you cancel less than 24 hours before I begin the research • After I have delivered the supplier research report • If you choose not to contact the suppliers I've identified • If suppliers do not respond to your inquiries (I cannot control supplier responsiveness) What "Suitable Suppliers" Means: Suppliers that meet your specified requirements including: • Product type and specifications • Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) range • Price range (approximate) • Location preferences • Certifications (if specified) Refund Request Process: 1. Email me at charles@charlesleesourcing.com within 7 days of receiving the report 2. Explain specifically why the suppliers do not meet your requirements 3. I will review your concerns and respond within 3 business days 4. If valid, I will either: - Provide additional supplier research at no charge, OR - Issue a partial or full refund based on the circumstances My Guarantee: I stand behind the quality of my research. If I genuinely cannot find suitable suppliers for your product, you will receive a full refund.
3. Factory Audit - Refund Policy
Service Details: Full Refund Conditions (100%): • If the factory refuses the audit and I cannot reschedule • If I cannot conduct the audit due to my error or circumstances within my control • If you cancel at least 72 hours before the scheduled audit date Partial Refund (50%): • If you cancel 48-72 hours before the scheduled audit date No Refund: • If you cancel less than 48 hours before the scheduled audit date • After I have conducted the audit and delivered the report • If the factory fails the audit (the purpose is to identify issues) • If you decide not to work with the factory based on audit results • Travel expenses already incurred (for audits outside Shenzhen) Rescheduling: • You can reschedule once at no charge with 72+ hours notice • Additional rescheduling may incur a fee or require rebooking Factory Refuses Audit: • If the factory refuses the audit after booking, I will: 1. Attempt to reschedule 2. If rescheduling fails, provide a full refund 3. Or offer to audit an alternative factory at no additional charge Travel Expenses (Outside Shenzhen): • Travel costs are quoted separately and paid in advance • Travel expenses are non-refundable once travel is booked • If you cancel before travel is booked, travel costs are fully refundable Audit Report Guarantee: • I guarantee a thorough, honest audit report • If you find the report incomplete or inadequate, contact me within 7 days • I will address your concerns or provide a partial refund if warranted
4. Sample Procurement - Refund Policy
Service Details: Full Refund (100%): • If I cannot procure samples from any suppliers • If I cancel the service for any reason • If you cancel before I begin contacting suppliers (within 48 hours of booking) Partial Refund (50%): • If you cancel after I've begun contacting suppliers but before samples are ordered No Refund: • After samples have been ordered from suppliers • After samples have been shipped to you • If you are not satisfied with the sample quality (this is the purpose of sampling - to evaluate quality before bulk orders) • If samples are delayed due to supplier or shipping issues beyond my control Sample Costs & Shipping (Separate Charges): These costs are quoted separately and include: • Supplier sample fees • Domestic shipping (supplier to me in Shenzhen) • International shipping (to your location) • Any customs or handling fees Refund Policy for Sample Costs: • Full refund if samples are not ordered • No refund after samples are ordered (paid directly to suppliers/shipping companies) • If samples are lost in shipping, I will work with the shipping company to file a claim, but I cannot guarantee refund Sample Quality Issues: • The purpose of samples is to evaluate quality before ordering • If samples do not meet your expectations, this is valuable information • I am not responsible for sample quality (this is determined by the supplier) • No refunds for samples that don't meet your expectations • I can help you find alternative suppliers if needed My Evaluation Report: • I provide an honest evaluation of the samples • If you find my evaluation report inadequate, contact me within 7 days • I will provide additional analysis or clarification at no charge
5. Quality Control Inspection - Refund Policy
Service Details: Full Refund Conditions (100%): • If I cannot conduct the inspection due to my error • If the factory refuses inspection access and I cannot resolve it • If you cancel at least 72 hours before the scheduled inspection date Partial Refund (50%): • If you cancel 48-72 hours before the scheduled inspection date No Refund: • If you cancel less than 48 hours before the scheduled inspection date • After I have conducted the inspection and delivered the report • If the inspection reveals quality issues (this is the purpose of the inspection) • If you decide to reject the goods based on inspection findings • Travel expenses already incurred (for inspections outside Shenzhen) Rescheduling: • You can reschedule once at no charge with 72+ hours notice • Production delays by the factory: I will work with you to reschedule at no additional charge • Additional rescheduling may incur a fee Inspection Findings: • I provide honest, objective inspection reports • If products fail inspection, this is valuable information to protect you • No refunds if products do not meet your quality standards (this is why we inspect) • I can conduct re-inspections after the supplier makes corrections (additional fee applies) Travel Expenses (Outside Shenzhen): • Travel costs are quoted separately and paid in advance • Travel expenses are non-refundable once travel is booked • If you cancel before travel is booked, travel costs are fully refundable Inspection Report Guarantee: • I guarantee thorough, professional inspection reports • If you find the report incomplete or have questions, contact me within 7 days • I will provide clarification or additional information at no charge • If the report is genuinely inadequate, I will conduct a re-inspection at no charge or provide a partial refund
6. Order Management - Refund Policy
Service Details: Refund Conditions: Full Refund (100%): • If you cancel before I begin working on your order • If I cancel the service for any reason • If the supplier cancels the order before production begins Partial Refund (Based on Work Completed): • If you cancel after I've begun work but before production starts • Refund amount depends on services already provided: - Minimal work completed: 75% refund - Substantial work completed: 50% refund - Order negotiations completed: 25% refund No Refund: • After production has started • After the second payment (upon shipment) is made Second Payment (50% upon shipment) - Refund Conditions: No Refund After Shipment: • Once goods are shipped, the second payment is non-refundable • This payment covers my work throughout the production and shipping process Partial Refund (Before Shipment): • If you cancel the order after production but before shipment • Refund based on remaining work: up to 50% of the second payment Special Circumstances: Supplier Issues: • If the supplier fails to deliver or cancels the order, I will: 1. Help you find an alternative supplier at no additional charge, OR 2. Provide a partial refund based on work completed Production Delays: • Delays by the supplier do not qualify for refunds • I will continue to coordinate and monitor at no additional charge Quality Issues: • If products fail quality inspection, I will work with the supplier to resolve issues • No refunds for quality issues (this is why I provide quality monitoring) • I will help you negotiate with the supplier for corrections or compensation Order Cancellation by You: • If you decide to cancel the order for any reason: 1. Before production: Partial refund based on work completed 2. During production: No refund (work has been completed) 3. I will help you communicate with the supplier about cancellation My Guarantee: I am committed to managing your order professionally throughout the entire process. If I fail to provide the agreed services, I will make it right or provide an appropriate refund.
